dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce Ženy v pedagogice podává přehled o ženské činnosti na poli pedagogiky. Teoretická část práce se zabývá stručným popisem a charakteristikou nejznámějších ženských spolků a biografií významných žen. Výběr ženských osobností obsahuje nejen jména klasických pedagogů, kteří ovlivnili vývoj pedagogické teorie i praxe, ale zahrnuje i jména některých významných osobností z jiných vědních oborů, kdy jejich odborná činnost přesáhla hranice jejich disciplíny a ovlivnila směr českého pedagogického myšlení. Součásti práce je také vnímání prestiže učitelského povolání a důvody, které vedou ženy v současnosti za školní katedry.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma thesis ?Women in Education? gives an overview of the women's activities in the field of education. The theoretical part of thesis deals with a brief description and characteristics of the most famous women's groups and with biographies of important women. The choice of female celebrities includes not only the classic names of teachers who influenced the development of pedagogical theory and practice, but includes the names of some famous people from other science disciplines in which their professional activity exceeded the boundaries of their disciplines and influence the direction of the Czech educational thinking. The thesis also includes the perception of the prestige of the teaching profession and the reasons that lead women currently to the school department.	en
