Práce se zabývá nízkoprahovými centry pro děti a mládež, která jsou vymezena Zákonem č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, z hlediska prevence sociálně patologických jevů. Popisuje historii, metody a hlavní cíle, cílové skupiny, legislativní základy a organizační strukturu těchto institucí. Je také věnována souvislostem jak jsou volnočasové aktivity, sociální služby a specifiům věkové kategorie dětí a mládeže, které navštěvuje tato centra. Práce je zaměřena zejména na centra nacházející se v městě Třebíči a jeho okolí. Cílem je představit nízkoprahová centra pro děti a mládeř široké veřejnosti, která není často příliš dobře informována o tomto tématu. |

This thesis deals with the Low-threshold centres for children and youth, defined by Social services Act. No. 108/2006 Coll, from the perspective of prevention of socially pathological phenomena. It describes history, methods and main aims, target group, legislative basis and organizational structure of these institutions. It is also dedicated to context such a leisure time activities, social services and specificities of age category of children and youth who attend these centres. Thesis is especially aimed at centres located in town Třebíč and its surrounding. The aim of this thesis is to present a Low-threshold centres for children and youth the general public, which is often not very well informed about this topic. |
