V diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na zjištění, jaké alternativní formy trestů v českém právu máme a hlavní zjištění, jaká je po jejich aplikaci resocializace odsouzených. Zda má tato forma trestu výchovný účinek. Je to téma, které se stále u nás rozvíjí a je řešením přeplněných věznic. Práce se skládá z teoretické části a z průzkumu. Teoretická část se skládá ze čtyř kapitol a popisuje základní právní úpravu, trestní řízení, alternativní tresty a tresty v zahraničí. V praktické části jsem se věnovala vypracování dotazníků, které jsem korespondovala strážníkům městské policie, kteří mají v praxi zkušenosti s odsouzenými po výkonu trestu. |

In my dissertation I have focused on alternative forms of punishments in Czech law and mainly on a resocialization of convicted people after the application of these alternatives and if this kind of punishments has an educational effect on people. This is a topic which is still developing in Czech republic and it is a solution for overcrowded jails. The dissertation consists a theoretical part and exploration. Theoretical part has four chapters and it describes basic laws, criminal proceedings, alternative punishments and punishments applied abroad. In the practical part of the dissertation I have dealt with elaborating of questionnaires from policemen who have expirience with convicted people after they paied for their act. |
