dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je určení dopadu převodu části koncernové výroby a nahraze-ní výroby nové v Komponenty Rieter Žamberk. Je v ní využito řízení nákladů, kalkulací a krycích příspěvků. V první části (teoretické) jsou popsány ekonomické pojmy výrobní čin-nosti v podniku, dělení a řízení nákladů, bod zvratu a krycí příspěvky obecně. V části druhé (praktické) je charakterizován výše zmíněný podnik a provedena analýza dopadu přesunu a nahrazení výroby podle vnitropodnikových kalkulací a metodou krycích příspěvků.	cs
