dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá eticko ? právními úvahami o eutanazii. Snaží se o vymezení pojmu eutanazie a jejích forem, následně o objasnění pojmů paliativní a hospicové péče a zmíněna je i historie eutanazie. Následuje vývoj legislativy v otázce eutanazie v České republice, a v těch evropských zemích, ve kterých je právně legalizována. Také se zabývá vlivem náboženství na postoj k uzákonění eutanazie. Cílem práce je rozebrat etické a právní otázky související se zvoleným tématem. Snahou výzkumu v této souvislosti bylo řešení otázky, nakolik se lze v této věci ztotožnit s názory odborníků.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is focused on the ethical rights of euthanasia. Firstly, the conception of euthanasia and its forms are defined. Secondly, the conceptions of palliative aid and hospice aid are explained and the history of euthanasia is mentioned. Then the development of legislation in the matter of euthanasia in the Czech republic is described, including the European countries where it has been legalised. Finally, the work interests in the religious influence on the attitude to the codification of euthanasia. The work purposes to analyse the ethical and legal issues related to the theme as well as the research into the euthanasia issue in the work tries to deal with how far it is possible to associate with the experts opinions.	en
