dc.description.abstract	Postavení žen v české pedagogice ? diplomová práce. Cílem práce je ukázat vývoj české pedagogiky z historického pohledu. Dále pak příčiny, proč se z pedagogické profese, zejména na nižších stupních vzdělání, stalo především ženské povolání a vliv feminizace na chování a vývoj žáků základních škol. Potom také chápání feminizace jako problému při snižování kreditu tohoto povolání ze strany samotných učitelů. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole jsem popsala historii snahy žen o vstup do pedagogiky jak ve světě, tak u nás. V druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na samotnou feminizaci ? na historii, na feminizaci ve školství, a na to, jak by bylo možné nalákat do škol muže. Ve třetí části jsem přiblížila možné dopady a negativa feminizace učitelské profese. Součástí práce je i výzkum, který jsem provedla pomocí dotazníků mezi studenty Pedagogické fakulty UK a učiteli jedné základní školy v Praze.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Status of women in the Czech Pedagogy ? thesis. The aim is to draw development of Czech education from a historical perspective. Further reasons why the teaching profession especially at lower levels of education became primarily female profession and the impact of feminization on the behavior and development of primary school pupils. Then also understanding of the feminization as a problem in reducting the credit of the profession by the teachers themselves. The work is devided into four parts. In the first part I described the history of women's efforts to join the world of education both in and with us. In the second part I focus on the feminization of itself ? its history, the feminization of education, and how it would be possible to attract mens into schools. A copy point of this work is also a research which I made by questionnaires between students of the Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University and primary school teachers in Prague.	en
