Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku terciárního vzdělávání cizinců a jejich adaptace v České republice. Sleduje, jakými specifiky je provázeno terciární vzdělávání těchto osob na území České republiky se zaměřením na Univerzitu Palackého v Olomouci a jejich adaptace, přičemž pozornost je věnována problematickým oblastem těchto sfér a možným formám jejich podpory při studiu i životě. Praktická část se na základě osmi polostrukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů s cizinci studujícími na Univerzitě Palackého v Olomouci snaží zmapovat vzdělávání cizinců na vysoké škole Palackého v Olomouci, zaznamenat problematické oblasti jejich vzdělávání a adaptace v České republice. Na základě získaných poznatků se pokusí přinést rady a doporučení na změnu. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the problems regarding the tertiary education of foreigners and their adaptation in the Czech Republic. It monitors the features accompanying the tertiary education of this human beings in the Czech Republic focusing on Palacký University in Olomouc. Moreover, it concentrates on the adaptation, where the attention is devoted to problematic fields of these spheres and possible forms of supporting foreigners during studies and lives. The practical part strives to show the education of foreigners at Palacký University in Olomouc on the basis of eight semi-structured detailed interviews. Furthermore, it tries hard to determine the problematic fields of their education and adaptation in the Czech Republic. Having fulfilled all the steps mentioned above, this assignement is going to provide some recommendations to change the problematic matters. |
