Předmětem práce byla komplexní analýza současné situace ve vzdělávání pracovníků v sociálních službách. Cílem teoreticko - metodické části byl popis současného stavu ve vzdělávání pracovníků v sociálních službách, legislativa platná pro tuto oblast, pohled do historie vzdělávání, klasifikace sociálních zařízení i terminologická vymezení v této oblasti, zahrnující profesní kompetence pracovníka v sociálních službách i lektera v procesu vzdělávání dospělých. Cílem prakticko - analytické části bylo poskytnout přehled některých vzdělávacích programů nabízených vzdělávacími institucemi v městě Brně a zhodnocení kvality seminářů, lektorů i nabízených témat.Výzkum byl veden v terénní pečovatelské službě organizace NADĚJE. Zjistila jsem, že hodnocené vzdělávací programy, kterých se pracovnice zúčastnily, jsou na velmi dobré úrovni. |

The subject of this thesis was the complex analysis of present situation in education of the social services workers. The focus of the theoretical - methodological part was the description of the current level in the education of social workers, legislation valid in this area, historical review, classification of social institutions, terminology valid in this area including professional competences of social workers and lecturers in the adults education process. The target of practical - analytical part was to provide a view of educational programs which are offered by educational organisations in the city of Brno and evaluation of their quality. The research work was performed in the social care organization NADĚJE. I have discovered, that the evaluated educational programs attended by employees of NADĚJE,are on a very good level. |
