dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce byla zvolena problematika onemocnění celiakií. Teoretická část se ve dvou kapitolách zabývá objasněním základních údajů o celiakii a zásadami bezlepkové diety. Třetí kapitola se věnuje kvalitě života. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části bakalářské práce bylo zmapování osobních zkušeností a vnitřních pocitů dětí a dospívají-cích trpících celiakií a jejich rodičů, včetně vlivu onemocnění na jejich kvalitu života. V praktické části jsem výzkum vedla formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s ohniskovou skupinou dětí a s rodiči dětí s celiakií. Na základě analýzy rozhovorů jsem popsala, jak celiakie ovlivňuje kvalitu života dětí a dospívajících s tímto onemocněním.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this thesis is the celiac disease. Two chapters of the theoretical part explain basic facts about celiac disease and principles of the gluten-free diet. The third chapter focuses on quality of life. The main objective of the research work was to map the personal experiences and inner feelings of children and adolescents with the celiac disease and their parents, including the impact of the disease on their quality of life. In the practical part, my research was done in the form of semi-structured interviews with a group of children and parents of children with the celiac disease. Based on analysis of interviews, I described how celiac disease affects quality of life of children and adolescents with this disease.	en
