dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma ?Komplexní ošetřovatelský proces u nemocného s hemolytickou anémií? se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií krve. Charakterizuje hemolytickou anémii, popisuje její základní klasifikaci, klinické projevy, diagnostiku a možnosti léčby. Následuje zaměření na potřeby nemocných a kvalitu života. Praktická část hodnotí uspokojování potřeb nemocných s hemolytickou anémií pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Dále zjišťuje kvalitu života nemocných s hemolytickou anémií za použití standardizovaného dotazníku kvality života od Světové zdravotnické organizace. Výsledkem průzkumu je zpracování získaných dat, jejich zhodnocení a seznámení odborné veřejnosti s výsledky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis ?Complex nursing process in a patient with hemolytic anemia? is divi-ded into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and physiology of blood. It characterizes hemo-lytic anemia, describes its basic classification, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treat-ment options. This is followed by a focus on the needs of the patients and quality of their life. The practical part evaluates meeting the needs of patients with hemolytic anemia by semis-tructured interview. It also investigates the quality of life of patients with hemolytic ane-mia, using a standardized questionnaire of quality of life from the World Health Organi-zation. The outcome of the exploration is processing the survey data, their evaluation and infor-ming the professional public of the results.	en
