dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce vymezuje pojmy jako je sociální služba, terénní sociální práce, terénní sociální pracovník. Sociální služby jsou ukotveny platnou legislativou, práce se zabývá rodinami s dětmi. Dále se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na občanské sdružení Fond ohrožených dětí a jeho pobočku v Zábřehu. Popisuje jeho poskytované sociální služby a obsahuje zhodnocení kvality těchto poskytovaných sociálních služeb prostřednictvím průzkumu mezi klienty Fondu ohrožených dětí Zábřeh. Vyústěním této práce je vypracování zprávy pro vedení Fondu ohrožených dětí Zábřeh, která by měla přispět ke zvýšení kvality poskytovaných sociálních služeb.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis defines such terms as the social services that are anchored by valid legislation, the social field work and the social field worker. Firstly, the thesis is concerned with families with children. The second part is concentrated on a civic society the Fund for Children in Need (FOD) and its branch in Zábřeh. The thesis describes offered social services of this branch. It also contains a survey on quality of the offered services which was distributed among clients of the FOD Zábřeh. The otcome of my thesis is to write a report for the management of the FOD Zábřeh that shall contribute to the quality improvement of the offered social services.	en
