Ve své bakalářské prácí se zaměřuji na úskalí spojená s pobytem seniorů v pobytových sociálních zařízeních, konkrétně domovech pro seniory, celkovým prostředím i ošetřujícím personálem. V úvodu teoretické části vymezuji pojem senior, a s tím spojené změny ve stáří. Zabývám se také kvalitou života i denním režimem seniora. Část druhá se věnuje zákonné terminologii a sociálním službám, které jsou seniorům poskytovány. Třetí kapitola pak směřuje k samotné charakteristice vybraných sociálních zařízení v ČR i Rakousku, jejich negativním i pozitivním stránkám. Ve čtvrté kapitole uvádím použitou metodiku pro vlastní výzkum, a v kapitole závěrečné, tedy páté, analyzuji a srovnávám data získaná z vlastního výzkumu. |

My Bachelor thesis is focused on the difficulties connected with senior?s living in a retirement homes, the inner environment in the homes and also at the working staff. The introduction part is focused on the term ?senior? and related life changes, the quality of his life and his daily routine. The second part as aimed at the terminology and the service provided to seniors. The third part provides a characteristics of particular retirement homes in the Czech Republic and in Austria and it brings the positive and negative sides. The fourth part introduces the methodology which has been used in my research and the last part analyzes the data based on my research. |
