dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou používání materiálů k ošetření bércových vředů v kožní ambulanci KNTB, a.s. ve Zlíně. Je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou částí. V teoretické části je popsán historický vznik a provoz kožní ambulance Krajské nemocnice Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně (dále KNTB, a.s.) a používání materiálů k lokálnímu ošetření ran na kožním oddělení KNTB, a.s. ve Zlíně. Praktická část je tvořena výzkumem, který byl koncipován jako kvantitativní s využitím kvalitativní metody rozboru kazuistiky a rozboru dokumentů. Je zde zjišťován účinek klasického krytí a moderního krytí na jednotlivé fáze hojení bércových vředů. Dále u klientů, kteří navštěvují kožní ambulanci KNTB, a.s. ve Zlíně, zjišťujeme dotazníkovým šetřením, jaké materiály se používají k lokálnímu ošetření bércových vředů v této ambulanci a zda jsou klienti ochotni se finančně podílet na komplexní léčbě bércového vředu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of use of the materials for the treatment of lower leg ulcers in the skin clinic in regional hospital in Zlin.Is composed of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the history, creation and operation of the skin clinic in regional Hospital in Zlin and use of materials for local treatment of wounds. The practical part consists of research, which was conceived as a quantitative with utilization of qualita-tive method of analysis of casuistry and analysis of the documents. There is tested the ef-fect of modern and classic dressing in various stages of healing of lower leg ulcer and is conducted research by questionnaire survey to find out what materials are used for local treatment of leg ulcers in the skin clinic and whether the clients are willing to be financially involved in the complex treatment of lower leg ulcer.	en
