dc.description.abstract	Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na náročnou situaci osob pečujících o blízkou osobu v domácím prostředí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části popisuji druhy náročné životní situace, možnosti využití sociálních a jiných služeb usnadňujících péči, příspěvek na péči. V praktické části práce pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu zjišťuji, jaké faktory podle subjektivního hodnocení pečujících ovlivňují náročnost poskytované péče, zda a do jaké míry ovlivňuje poskytovaná péče jejich osobní život a rodinné vztahy. Zajímalo mě také, jaké mají povědomí o nabízených sociálních službách ve svém regionu a jestli tyo služby také využívají.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the demanding and gruelling situation of the immediate family carer looking after somebody in the home environment. The thesis is divided into two parts. In theoretical part I describe different kinds of demanding life situations, the possible uses for social and other services which can make the care easier, and attendance allowance available. In the practical part based on a quantitative questionnaire survey I try to find out what factors (according to the subjective evaluation of the carers) can affect demanding character of the provided care. I try to find out if and to what extent the provided care can affect the carer?s personal life and family relations. I also took interest in the carers? awareness of available social services in their region and their making use of them.	en
