Vo svojej diplomovej práci sa v prvej časti venujem teoretickému spracovaniu pojmu marketingové riadenie. Nasleduje predstavenie spoločnosti Domov, a.s., analýza marketingového riadenia tejto spoločnosti za pomoci SWOT analýzy, Porterovho modelu 5tich konkurenčných síl a praktických skúseností zo spoločnosti. V tretej časti popisujem samotný projekt zlepšenia marketingového riadenia. V závere práce sa nachádza nákladová a riziková analýza navrhnutého projektu. Úlohou mojej práce bolo poskytnúť spoločnosti projekt, ktorý jej pomôže zastaviť stagnáciu a osloviť nových zákazníkov pomocou odstránenia nedostatkov v marketingovom riadení. |

The first part of my diploma work is devoted to the description of the conception of marketing management. After this theoretical part, the introduction of Domov Comp come next, together with the analysis of marketing management through the use of SWOT analysis, the Porter's strategic 5 forces analysis and practical experiences gained during the cooperation with the company. In the third part of my work, I am describing the project of improvement of marketing management. At the end of the work, the reader will find the costs and risk analysis of the project. The aim of my work is to provide the project, which will help to stop the stagnation of the company and will help to gain new customers through the elimination of deficiencies in the field of marketing management. |
