Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem motivace zaměstnanců jako jednoho z aspektů personálního řízení. První část textu je věnována otázkám personálního řízení, počínaje základními pojmy dané oblasti, rozdílnými modely personálního řízení, přes personální činnosti, výběr zaměstnanců, po jejich formování a řízení. Ve druhé části se autor zabýval teoretickými východisky motivace, jejími modely, motivačním procesem a formami motivace. Třetí část práce rozebírá a popisuje zdroje motivace, zejména potřeby včetně jejich teorií, návyky, hodnoty, ideály a emoce. Čtvrtá část je věnována problematice pracovní motivace, pracovní spokojenosti, angažovanosti, stimulaci a dalším způsobům motivování zaměstnanců. Poslední, pátá část je praktická a obnáší empirický výzkum prováděný na vzorku respondentů formou anonymního dotazníku. |

This thesis deals with the topic of employee motivation as one of the aspects of personál management. The first part is devoted to the issues of personál management, starting with the basic concepts of the field, different model sof personál management through HR activities, employee selection, after thein formativ and management. In the sekond part, the autor discussed the theoretical starting points motivation, its models, motivational processes and forms of motivation. The third part describes and analyzes the sources of motivation, including in particular the Leeds of thein theories, habits, values, ideals, and emotions. The fourth part is dedicated to the work motivation, job satisfaction, commitment, stimulation and other wals to motivace employees. The last, fifth part is practical and involves empirical research conducted on a sample of respondents in the formo f an anonymous questionnaire. |
