dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je zkoumání problematiky ochrany dětí s přihlédnutím k právním aspektům této problematiky. Analyzuji zde také současnou podobu rodiny jako primární prostředí pro rozvoj dítěte a možná rizika pro rodinu a dítě. Empirická část této práce je věnována vybraným kazuistikám případů ohrožených dětí a také obsahuje návrhy a opatření pro nápravu těchto nežádoucích jevů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor work investigates the issue of children protection while taking into account the legal aspect of such matter. It also deals with analysis of the current family features as the primary environment for child's development and possible risks for family and child.
