Diplomová práce se zabývá canisterapií jako součástí komplexní péče o uživatele denního stacionáře a možnostmi dalšího využití canisterapie v sociální práci. V teoretické části je objasněna základní terminologie zdravotních postižení, se kterými jsem se při výzkumu setkala, dále je vymezen denní stacionář v kontextu sociálních služeb a canisterapie jako prostředek ke zkvalitnění péče o jejich uživatele. Obsahem empirické části je praktické využití canisterapie v daném zařízení. Na praktickém příkladu kazuistik je demonstrována canisterapie v praxi a její pozitivní vliv na uživatele se zdravotním postižením v denním stacionáři s ohledem na jemnou a hrubou motoriku, komunikaci a psychosociální dovednosti. V závěru uvedu na základě zjištěných informací z výzkumu určitá doporučení. |

This thesis deals with a canine therapy as a part of a comprehensive user care of day care centre and options for further use of canine therapy in social work. The theoretical part will explain the basic terminology of disabilities, whom I met in the research, then it is specified the day care center in the context of social services and canine therapy as a means to improve the quality of care for their users. The content of the empirical part is the practical application of canine therapy in the organization. The empirical part of the practical use of canine therapy in the organization. The practical example case studies demonstrate canine therapy in practice and its positive impact on users with disabilities in the day care center with respect to fine and gross motor skills, communication and psychosocial skills. In conclusion, I will made recommendations based on the information gathered from the research. |
