dc.description.abstract	Ve své práci jsem se snažila objasnit problematiku a náročnost oblasti adaptace na nové pracovní prostředí v pedagogické profesi. Práce je členěna do dvou části. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky v oblasti pedagogické problematiky. Je zde uvedená ob-last vymezení pedagogické profese a specifické aspekty s touto profesí související. Obsahem druhé, empirické části, je výzkumné šetření předem stanovených hypotéz, jejichž úkolem bylo zjistit obecný náhled na problematiku délky adaptačního období, důle-žitost uvádějícího učitele, vliv velikosti instituce na adaptaci pracovního prostředí. Výsled-ky výzkumního šetření jsou vždy znázorněny v tabulkové ilustraci a grafickém schématu. V závěrečné části došlo k celkovému shrnutí obsahu a cílu této práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I tried to clarify problematics and difficulty of the field of adaptation to a new working environment in teacher?s profession. My thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is concentrated on the theoretical knowledge in the field of pedagogical pro-blematics. Here is stated the area of defining pedagogical profession and specific aspects connected to this profession. The content of the second, empirical part, is a research of the hypotheses, which were set beforehand and which aim is to identify a general view on the problematics of the length of the adaptation period, importance of the teacher, impact of the size of the institu-tion on adaptation to the working environment. All the results of the research are depicted in the illustrated chart and graphical scheme. The whole content and aims of this thesis are summarized in the final part.	en
