Diplomová práce pojednává o mezích a možnostech realizace práva seniorů na důstojné stáří. První kapitola je zaměřena na vývoj názorů na stáří a stárnutí, dále pojednává o stáří z hlediska demografického a sociálního. Ve druhé kapitole hovořím o seniorské populaci, jejich rizicích a právech seniorů. Součástí této kapitoly je i téma trestné činnosti páchané na seniorech a domácí násilí. Třetí kapitola pojednává o péči o seniory - nejen o historickém vývoji v péči a službách jim poskytovaných, ale i o rizicích ústavní péče, vzdělávání seniorů a jejich finančním zajištění. Praktická část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem a rozhovory se seniory. |

Thesis discusses the limits and possibilities for realization of the right to a dignified old age seniors. The first chapter focuses on the development of opinions on old age and aging, as discussed further in the context of demographic aging and social. In the second chapter, I talk about the senior population, their risks and rights of seniors. This chapter is also the theme of crime against seniors and domestic violence. The third chapter deals with the care of the elderly - not only about the historical development of the care and services provided to them, but also the risks of institutional care, education of seniors and their financial security. Practical part deals with qualitative research and interview with seniors. |
