dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce je vysvětlit kontinuitu řádového a profesionálního ošetřovatelství na konkrétním příkladu historie kongregace sv. Vincence de Paul. Mapovat etické principy profesionálního ošetřovatelství u řádových sester kongregace sv. Vincence de Paul v současnosti. V úvodu teoretické části se budu zabývat historickými osobnostmi ošetřovatelství. Pozornost zaměřím na kongregaci sv. Vincence de Paul od jejího vzniku po současnost. Popíši vznik nemocnice sv. Vincence de Paul v Kroměříži a činnost, kterou vyvíjí v současnosti. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, narativní proceduru a techniku polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se dvěma řádovými sestrami, členkami kongregace sv. Vincence de Paul. Získaná data analyzuji kódováním.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Objective of thesis is to explain the continuity of the ordinary and professional nursing at the concrete example of the history of the Congregation of St. Vincent de Paul. The thesis intends to map the ethical principles of professional nursing of the nuns from the Congregation of St. Vincent de Paul of today. In the introduction of the theoretical part I will concentrate on historical personalities of nursing. I will focus attention at the Congregation of St. Vincent de Paul since its inception to the present. I will describe the founding of the Hospital of St. Vincent de Paul in Kroměříž and its activity at the present. The practical part of the thesis includes a qualitative research, a narrative procedure and a structured interview with two nuns, members of the Congregation of St. Vincent de Paul. The data obtained will be analyzed by coding.	en
