ABSTRAKT V této práci se zabývám problematikou dětí v náhradní péči. Zaměřuji se na práva dítěte, vývoj dítěte a formy poskytování náhradní péče. Důležitým tématem problematiky je zájem dítěte. Dále popisuji transformaci poskytování péče v České republice. V praktické části za pomocí ankety a strukturovaného rozhovoru s odborníkem zkoumám otázku preference náhradní rodinné výchovy. |
