dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je Eutanázie z pohledu etiky a práva. Teoretická část je zaměřena na zpracování terminologie "eutanázie", její rozdělení a argumentace zastánců a odpůrců této problematiky. Dále se zabývá historií eutanázie, jejím vývojem jak ve světě, tak v České republice. Také poukazuje na etickou a právní stránku. Praktická část se věnuje nazírání společnosti na daný problém, postojům a názorům laické i odborné veřejnosti, především na otázky sociálních aspektů vedoucích k myšlenkám tohoto "etického" ukončení života. Práce se neorientuje jen na odpovědi, zda eutanázii ano či ne, ale zamýšlí se nad etickou a právní stránkou a hledání lidských hodnot v konečném stádiu života.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis is "Euthanasia from Ethical and Legal Points of View". Its theoretical section focuses on explaining terminology associated with euthanasia, its classification and lines of reasoning held by both supporters and opponents of this problematic phenomenon. It also explores the history of euthanasia, its evolution both in the world and the Czech Republic. References are made to ethical and legal sides of the subject. The practical section looks at how the problem is viewed by the society, what positions and opinions of both the non-professional public are: primarily on questions of social aspects that lead to considering this "ethical" termination of life. The thesis does not direct its attention only to answers approving or disapproving euthanasia, it cogitates about ethical and legal aspects and searches for human values in the terminal stage of life.	en
