dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou sociálních služeb, a to z pohledu jejich uživatelů. Teoretická část práce je věnována osobám s handicapem, které využívají sociální služby ukotvené v zákoně o sociálních službách a plánované na úrovni krajů i obcí. Osobní asistence je vykonávána osobou asistenta v přirozeném prostředí člověka. S uživateli této služby, kterou poskytuje humanitární sdružení "HANDICAP(?)" Zlín, byl v praktické části práce proveden výzkum formou polostandardizovaných interview. Získaná data byla zpracována metodou třístupňového kódování, které vyústilo v definici zakotvené teorie.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the quality of social services from the point of view of their users. The theoretical part concentrates on people with disabilities who use the social services based on the (Czech) Social Services Act and planned on the level of both regions and municipalities. Personal care assistance is provided by an assistant in the client's natural environment. In the practical part of this thesis, the users of personal care assistance provided by the Zlín charity "HANDICAP(?)" were the subjects of research by means of semistructured interviews. The collected data was analysed using a tree-stage coding process, which resulted in the definition of a grounded theory.	en
