Bakalářská práce prohlubuje dnes již poměrně známý pojem uprchlictví, jeho právní specifikace, příčiny vzniku, a nástin metodologie v této oblasti. Součástí této problematiky je integrace cizinců do české společnosti, která je založena na identifikaci problémů, se kterými se tito jedinci setkávají (jazykové znalosti, sociální orientace, ). V zájmu úspěšného integračního vlivu na cizince je potřeba tento proces zahájit již na samém po-čátku jejich pobytu na území České republiky a zajistit jeho účinnou návaznost. |

The thesis deepens the already relatively known conception of refugeeism, its jural specifi-cations, its causes, and an outline of methodology in this area. A part of this issue is the integration of foreigners into the Czech society, which is based on the identification of pro-blems these individuals meet with (linguistic knowledge, social orientation, ). In the interest of successful integrative influence on the foreigners, it is necessary to start this process at the very beginning of their stay in the Czech Republic and to ensure its effective continuation. |
