dc.description.abstract	Obsahem mé bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy za období 2009 ? 2011 pomocí finančních ukazatelů v příspěvkové organizaci Domov Na Dubíčku. V teoretické části se věnuji literatuře daného tématu. Praktická část je zaměřena na informace o organizaci a použití vybraných ukazatelů a metod finanční analýzy. Podle zjištěných údajů v organizaci a výsledných hodnot ukazatelů posuzuji hospodaření organizace. Na základě toho navrhnu řešení ke zlepšení jejího hospodaření a využívání majetku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The content of my thesis is a financial analysis in the contributory organization Dubíček, for the period 2009 -2011 by using financial indicators. In the theoretical section I am focused on the literature of the topic. The practical section contain informations about the organization and use of selected indicators and methods of financial analysis. I assess management of organization according to the figures and the resulting values of indicators. On this basis I will propose solutions for improving its operating and use of property.	en
