dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza motivace a poskytovaných benefitů ve spořitelním družstvu Moravský Peněžní Ústav. Cílem této práce je na základě provedení analýzy navrhnout možnosti řešení, které by zdokonalily a zlepšily současnou situaci zkoumané oblasti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě oblasti. V první, teoretické části bakalářské práce, nalezneme teoretické poznatky vztahující se k motivaci zaměstnanců a poznatky týkající se zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Druhá, praktická část bakalářské práce vychází z teoretického základu, zde jsou uvedeny základní údaje o spořitelním družstvu a zhodnocení současného stavu benefitů a motivace. Dále v praktické části analyzuji zaměstnanecké benefity a motivaci pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou navržena řešení a doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the thesis is the Analysis of Motivation and Benefits in the Savings Cooperative Moravský Peněžní Ústav. The aim of this thesis is to propose possible solutions on the base of analysis that would perfect and improve the current situation of the examined area. The thesis is divided into two main areas. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, we could find the theoretical knowledge related to employee's motivation and knowledge related to employee's benefits. The second, practical part of this thesis, come out from theoretical basis. This part contains the basic details of cooperative savings and the assessment of current situation benefits and motivation. In the practical part I analyze employee's benefits and motivation by means of a questionnaire ressearch. There are proposed solutions and recommendations to improve the current situation in the base of discovered results.	en
