dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o soustavě řízení Baťa a sociální nauce církve. Zjišťuje jejich shodné a rozdílné prvky. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pilíři obou nauk. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je komparace soustavy Baťa a sociální nauky. Součástí praktické části je také dotazník, zaměřen na současné podnikatele a jejich případné uplat-ňování principů jedné z nauk. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda existuje nějaká souvislost a shoda mezi soustavou řízení Baťa a sociální naukou církve.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor's thesis deals with the Bata management system and the catholic social stu-dy. It determines its identical and diverse features. The theoretical part introduces the basic pillars of both studies. The aim of the practical part of the Bachelor's thesis is a comparison of the Bata system and the social study. The practical part contains also a questionnaire, which concentrates on present entrepreneurs and their possible implementation of the principles of one of the studies. The goal of the Bachelor's thesis was to investigate if there is any connection and compliance between the Bata management system and the catholic social study.	en
