Cílem mé bakalářské práce je komparace českého ochránce práv a evropského ombudsmana a sledování rozdílů v jejich pravomocech a působnosti. V teoretické části se budu zabývat obecným vymezením instituce ombudsmana jako takové. Dále se zaměřím na srovnání českého ochránce práv a evropského ombudsmana. Popíši jejich pravomoci, působnost a budu sledovat rozdílnosti jednotlivých úřadů a to, čím se zabývají. V praktické části budu analyzovat činnost obou zmiňovaných institucí. Svou aktivitu budu směřovat na srovnání vývoje počtu obdržených a prošetřených stížností od počátku půso-bení jednotlivých úřadů až po rok 2011. Dále se zaměřím na strukturu jednotlivých stížností a počet vyřízených případů za poslední sledovaný rok 2011. |

The aim of my thesis is the comparison of the Czech Ombudsman and the European Om-budsman and the monitoring of differences in their powers and jurisdiction. In the theoreti-cal part I will deal with the general definition of an ombudsman institution as such. Fur-thermore, I will focus on a comparison of the Czech Ombudsman and the European Om-budsman. Describing their powers and duties and will follow the divergence in the offices and what they deal with. In the practical part will analyze the activities of both institutions mentioned. Its activity will be directed to the comparison of the number of complaints received and investigated since the beginning of mouth-machining of individual offices to 2011. Furthermore, I will focus on the structure of individual complaints and the number of cases processed for the latest in 2011. |
