Tématem mé bakalářské práce je komparace dodržování zásad BOZP v tuzemské a zahraniční firmě, tedy v mezinárodních podmínkách. Mým cílem je analyzovat a porovnat, jak se může ve společnosti operující v podmínkách globálního trhu na různé regionální úrovni lišit vymezení BOZP. V písemné části se zaměřuji na obecné vymezení BOZP, činitelů kteří se na BOZP podílí a systémový přístup k BOZP. Dále v odlišnostech Bezpečnosti práce v mezinárodní a Evropské úrovni. Rozlišná legislativa a různá pracovní kultura se odráží ve všech segmentech společnosti tak i v BOZP. Dále chci také poukázat na evropský právní systém, jakožto stěžejní prvek pro dodržování BOZP pro členské státy Evropské unie, a různá implementace v různých firemních prostředích a zemích. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na legislativu České republiky a to kterými mezinárodními nebo evropskými dohodami se odlišuje. V praktické části potom navazuji na konkrétní společnost CEMEX, u které analyzuji jednotlivé součásti BOZP a systémové přístupy, kterými se zabezpečuje BOZP. Podle čeho tato společnost BOZP stanovuje a jakými nástroji ji každoročně zlepšuje. |

The topic of my thesis is the comparison of the principles of occupational health and safety in domestic and foreing company, so the comparison in international conditions. My main goals in this thesis is analyze and compare how can companies operating in the global market in terms of the various different regional diferentation and define OSH. The first part is focused on the general definition of occupational safety and health, systematic approach to OSH, differences in work safety in international and European level. Varying legislation and different working culture is reflectedin all segments of society and in health and safety. I want to point out the European legal system as a crucial element for the health and safety compliance for European Union member states, and different implementation in different business, environments and countries. Also I focused on the legislation of the Czech Republic. In the secon part of my thesis I specified the company Cemex and analyze the components and the system approches to health and safety. According to what the company provides occupational health and safety and which tools they improve each year. |
