dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je zlepšení výroby vybraného výrobního oddělení ve společnosti XY. V teoretické části práce jsem provedl rešerši metod průmyslového inženýrství, které jsou použity v další části mé práce. Praktickou část zahajuje analýza současného stavu vybraného výrobního oddělení, ve které se soustředím především na odhalení zdrojů nízké produkce a dále pak na další rezervy oddělení. Následuje projektová část, ve které navrhuji zlepšení nedostatků a rezerv zjištěných v analytické části. Na závěr uvádím pomocí finančního výpočtu výši ročních úspor a také finančně nevyjádřitelné přínosy mé práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purpose of this diploma thesis is to upgrade the chosen production department in XY company. Theoretic part contains information's serch of industry engineering's methods used in followed part of my thesis. Practical part is started with present status analysis of chosen production department. I focus on detection sources of low production and other reserves. The project part contains recommendation to upgrade reserves, which were founded in analysis. I include calculation of annual savings and other benefits in the end of the thesis.	en
