Práce je zaměřena na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci zaměstnanců, jako jednoho z nejdůležitějších faktorů v podniku. Cílem teoretické části práce je definovat základní pojmy z právního hlediska, povinnosti zaměstnavatele a povinnosti zaměstnanců v BOZP a nejnovější trendy v této oblasti. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat současnou situaci BOZP ve společnosti Carman, a.s. pomocí rozhovorů se zaměstnanci, firemní dokumentace a kontrolního listu. Na závěr jsou stanoveny výsledky analýzy a návrhy na zlepšení. |

The thesis is aimed at occupational safety and health protection of employees, as one of the most important factors in company. The aim of the theoretical part is to define basic concepts from juristic view, employer?s obligations, emploee?s obligations in occupational safety and health protection and the la-test trends in this area. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the current situation of occupational safety and health protection in company Carman, a.s. through interview with employees, corporate documentation and checklist. There are results of analysis and suggestions for improvement at the end of the thesis. |
