Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem prevence kouření pro personál zdravotnického zařízení. Je rozdělena na dvě části ? teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje poznatky z odborné literatury vztahující se k tématu práce ? řízení zdravotnické organizace, řízení lidských zdrojů a problematiky kouření. V praktické části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření analyzována problematika kouření mezi zaměstnanci Psychiatrické léčebny v Kroměříži. Výsledky analýzy jsou východiskem pro projekt prevence kouření, jehož cílem je snížení počtu kuřáků mezi zaměstnanci léčebny. |

The thesis deals with the project of smoking prevention for staff of medical facilities. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. There are knowledges relating to the topic from scientific literature -management of medical facility, human resources management and issue of smoking in the theoretical part of thesis. The problem of smoking among staff memmbers of the Psychiatrical hospital in Kromeriz is analysed via questionnaire survey in the practical part. The results of this analysis are the basis for the project of smoking prevention. The goal of the project is to reduce the mumber of the smokers among the staff members of the psychiatrical hospital. |
