Tématem bakalářské práce je identifikace plýtvání a návrh možností eliminace plýtvání ve vybrané firmě. Stěžejní část práce je analýza výrobního procesu pro daný výrobek a navrže-ní zlepšení v oblasti zamezení nebo odstranění plýtvání. V teoretické části jsou popsány činnosti pro realizaci zakázky od technické přípravy až po rozplánování a řízení pomocí nástrojů k dosažení co nejlepšího výstupu. Praktická část obsahuje analýzy nástrojů dané firmy a identifikace plýtvání u výrobního procesu a návrhy na jejich zlepšení. |

Subject of this bachelor thesis is identification of wasting and suggestions how to eliminate wasting in a certain company. The crucial part of the thesis is the analysis of the production process for specific product and suggestion of improvement in the sphere of avoidance of elimination of wasting. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are described activities of execution of the contract from technical preparing to planning and management using the tools in order to achieve the best possible output. The practical part contains analysis of tools of the mentioned company and identification process and suggestions of improvement. |
