Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké zaujímají studenti Fakulty managementu a ekonomiky UTB ve Zlíně postoje ke kreativitě. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy vztahující se k tématu práce, a sice kreativita, kreativní schopnosti, kreativní proces a kreativní postoje. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty FaME UTB ve Zlíně ohledně jejich postojů ke kreativitě. V této části jsou rovněž navržena opatření pro rozvoj kreativity těchto studentů v průběhu jejich vzdělávání. |

The intention of the bachelor thesis was to find out what attitudes students of the Faculty of Management and Economics Tomas Bata University in Zlin have towards creativity. In the theoretical part, there are described the essential terms that are connected to the topic of the thesis, namely creativity, creative abilities, creative process and creative attitudes. In the empirical part, there are presented the results of a questionnaire survey about attitudes to creativity. The survey was realized among students of the Faculty of Management and Economics Tomas Bata University in Zlin. In the empirical part, there are also suggestions to a creativity development of students in the course of their education. |
