Cílem bakalářské práce je pohled na vývoj integrace cizinců v České Republice po roce 1989, vymezení základních pojmů integrace, popis integrační politiky a její právní rámec. Upozorňuji na rozdílné pojetí pojmu cizinec. Zabývám se cílovou skupinou cizinců, na kterou je integrační politika České Republiky zaměřena. Pozornost věnuji konkrétně integračnímu procesu ve Zlínském kraji, jeho jednotlivým aktérům a jimi zvoleným integračním nástrojům. Jako zkoumaný předmět různých oblastí integrace jsem zvolila proces vzdělávání v širším slova smyslu. Na základě získaných poznatků následně provádím dotazníkové šetření u obyvatel Zlínského kraje i dotčených cizinců. Získané výsledky jsou zajímavou sondou do reálného prožívání procesu integrace oslovených aktérů. V závěru vyslovuji doporučení k možnému řešení konkrétních poznatků a zajištěných údajů. |

The bachelor thesis is aimed at the view of foreigners' integration development in the Czech Republic after 1989, the specification of basic terms for integration, the description of Czech Republic's integration policy and its legal framework. I pay attention to the target group of foreigners, which the Czech Republic integration policy is aimed at. Especially I focus on the integration process in the Region of Zlín, the persons involved and the tools of integration chosen by those persons. I have chosen the education process in its wider sense of the word as the researched object of different fields of integration. Based on the experience acquired I conduct a survey by questionnaire with the inhabitants and foreigners concerned in the Region of Zlín. The results constitute an interesting probe into how the addressed persons experience the process of integration. In the conclusion, I give some recommendation regarding possible solution for concrete knowledge and secured data. |
