Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza finančního hospodaření města Uherské Hradiště v letech 2009-2011. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se obce, hospodaření obce, rozpočtu a jeho struktury, dále pak finanční analýzy pro posouzení hospodaření obce. V praktické části je analyzován rozpočet města Uherské Hradiště a jeho hospodářská činnost za uvedené tři roky. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení hospodaření města. Závěrečná část práce je věnována prognóze rozpočtového výhledu města Uherské Hradiště pro období let 2012-2015. |

My bachelor's thesis concerns the financial management of Uherske Hradiste town in 2009-2001. The theoretical part defines the basic terms concerning the municipality, the financial management of the municipality, the budget and its structure ? as well as a financial analysis assessing the financial management of the municipality. In the practical part, both the budget and economic activites of Uherske Hradiste within the three mentioned years, are analysed. Based on the discovered results, provisions are proposed to improve the financial management of the town. In conclusion, a prognosis of the budget forecast for the town of Uherske Hradiste for years 2012-2015 is suggested. |
