Bakalářská práce na téma Kyselina hyaluronová a její využití v medicíně a kosmetice se zabývá obecnými vlastnostmi kyseliny hyaluronové, způsoby její přípravy, výskytem v lidském organismu a jejími biologickými funkcemi. Významná část práce je věnována medicínským aplikacím a využití kyseliny hyaluronové v kosmetice, s důrazem na použití této látky jako výplňového materiálu v estetické chirurgii. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření účinnosti kosmetických prostředků na bázi kyseliny hyaluronové. Porovnává jednotlivé kosmetické řady s jejím obsahem a sleduje oblíbenost tohoto typu kosmetiky v závislosti na věku dotazovaných respondentek a konkrétních estetických problémech. |

The bachelor thesis Hyaluronic acid and its use in medicine and cosmetics deals with the fundamental properties of hyaluronic acid, preparation methods, occurrence in the human organism and its biological functions. A significant part of the thesis is devoted to medical applications and the use of hyaluronic acid in cosmetics, with emphasis on its use as a filler material in aesthetic surgery. The experimental part is based on questionnaire study focused on the effectiveness of cosmetic products based on hyaluronic acid. The study compares the individual series of cosmetic product containing hyaluronic acid in dependence on the age of the respondents and the specific aesthetic problems. |
