Cílem diplomové práce bylo rozšířit přehled o způsobu, úrovni a koncepci stravování vězňů ve stravovacích zařízeních Vězeňské služby ČR. Práce se zabývá systémem stravování jednotlivých kategorií strávníků s ohledem na stanovené finančních náležitostí stravy a plnění stanovených nutričních hodnot, včetně doporučených dávek potravin. Práce se rovněž zabývá skladbou strávníků, stravovacími návyky vězňů a jejich možným vývojem v důsledku vlivu systému stravování v zařízeních Vězeňské služby ČR. Součástí práce je také dotazníkový průzkum, zaměřený na porovnání stravovacích návyků před výkonem trestu a v současnosti. |

The aim of the thesis was to enlarge the summary of the method, level and concept of pris-oners? alimentation in the food facilities of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. The thesis deals with the alimentation system of individual categories of consumers with regard to determined financial proprieties of food and the fulfillment of determined nutritional values, incl. recommended portions of food. The thesis also deals with the structure of consumers, eating habits of prisoners and their possible development as the result of the alimentation system in the food facilities of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. An integral part of the thesis is questionnaire re-search aimed at a comparison of eating habits prior to execution of a punishment and in the presence. |
