Tato diplomová práce se zabývá evaluací projektů financovaných z Operačního programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost. Je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku kohezní politiky Evropské unie - její historii, cíle, principy a nástroje. V praktické části je nejdříve uvedena charakteristika programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost. Na ní navazuje analýza schválených projektů financovaných z Operačního programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost. Tato část je doplněna o hodnocení naplňování věcných indikátorů na úrovni tohoto operačního programu. Závěrečnou část tvoří návrh projektu. |

The essence of this diploma thesis is an analysis of projects financed by the Operational Programme Humam Resources and Employment. The thesis is dividend into two main parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the formation and functioning of the cohesion policy in the European Union. Practical part deals with the characterisic of the Operational Programme Humam Resources and Employment. After that follows analysis of the approved projects financed by the Operational Programme for Competitiveness according to the chosen attributes. The final part consists of a project proposal. |
