dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je optimalizace řízení zásob ve firmě XY a to u vybraných druhů plastových výrobků. Teoretická část obsahuje informace čerpané z odborné literatury a je tak shrnutím dostupných informací a poznatků týkajících se charakteristiky zásob, jejich členění a oceňování, řízení a optimalizaci, logistiky, skladování. V praktické části práce je popsána společnost. Dále se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na skladové hospodářství a jeho řízení. Účelem práce je uplatnit teoretické poznatky z problematiky řízení zásob v praxi, analyzovat vývoj stavu zásob a určit optimální řešení řízení zásob.	cs
