dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice systému plánování a rozpočtování nákladů ve firmě Z STUDIO, s.r.o. V první části diplomové práce jsou zpracována teoretická východiska týkající se plánování, nákladů a rozpočtování. V praktické části je provedena analýza používaných metod plánování a rozpočtování nákladů ve jmenované firmě. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě zjištěných výsledků navrhnout nový nebo vylepšit stávající systém. Snahou je navrhnout zavedení vhodného systému plánování a rozpočtování nákladů ve firmě a poukázat na případné nedostatky současného systému.	cs
