dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je objasnit základní postupy firmy v úpadku a poukázat na rozdíly v jednotlivých způsobech řešení úpadku. Teoretická část je založena na rešerši insolvenčního zákona. Zabývá se také statistikou insolvenčního řízení a srovnání se světem. Popisuje také účetní a daňové aspekty insolvenčního řízení. Analytická část je zaměřena především na účetní a daňové hledisko úpadce a na náklady insolvenčního řízení. Výstupem diplomové práce je výběr vhodného řešení pro úpadce podle velikosti nákladů na řízení a návrhy na změny v platné legislativě.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main goal of this diploma is to explain the basic procedures of a bankruptcy and point out the differences in the different processes of bankruptcy. The theoretical part is based on the search Insolvency Act. It also discusses the statistics of the insolvency proceedings and comparison with the world. It also describes the accounting and tax aspects of bankruptcy proceedings. The analytical part is focused on the financial and tax aspects bankrupt and the costs of the insolvency proceedings. An output of the thesis is the selection of a suitable solution for bankrupt by the size of the costs and proposals for changes in the current legislation.	en
