Cílem této diplomové práce je tvorba projektu dlouhodobého finančního plánu ve firmě ELAS spol. s r.o. Zlín. V první teoretické části popisuji problematiku finančního plánování v řízení podniku, metody tvorby finančního plánu, strategické finanční plánování, plánování výnosů, nákladů, hospodářského výsledku, rozvahy a peněžních toků. Ve druhé analytické části předkládám základní informace o společnosti ELAS spol. s r.o. a jejím výrobním programu. Dále provádím SWOT analýzu a finanční analýzu. Na základě těchto analýz zpracovávám projekt dlouhodobého finančního plánu ve třech variantách podle možného budoucího vývoje tržeb. Všechny tyto varianty finančního plánu hodnotím v podobě plánovaných výkazů pomocí poměrových ukazatelů. |

The aim of this thesis is to form a project of the long-term financial plan in the company ELAS spol. s r.o. Zlín. In the first theoretical part I describe the problems of the financial planning in the business management, methods of forming the financial plan, strategic financial planning, planning of revenues, expenses, economic result, balance and cash flows. In the second analytical part I present the basic information about the company ELAS spol. s r.o. and its manufacturing schedule. Next I carry out the SWOT analysis and the financial analysis. On the basis of these analyses I compile the project of the long-term financial plan in three variants according to the possible future sales tendency. I evaluate all these financial plan variants in the form of planned statements using proportional indicators. |
