Diplomová práca je rozdelená na teoretickú, analytickú a projektovú časť. Teoretická časť približuje čitateľovi pojem destinačný management a s ním spojenú tvorbu produktu. V analytickej časti je predstavený región Malá Fatra a organizácia cestovného ruchu Malá Fatra. Ďalej sú prevedené geografická analýza, SWOT analýza a analýza dotazníka. Projek-tová časť navrhuje na základe výstupov z analytickej časti zavedenie regionálnej zľavovej karty. Na záver je projekt podrobený ekonomickej a rizikovej analýze. |

This diploma thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and project part. The teoretical part approachs a reader the term of destination management, that is closely linked to the creation of product. The analytical part contains a description of Mala Fatra region and regional tourism organization Mala Fatra. Then, it is made a geographic analysis, SWOT analysis and questionnaire analysis. The project part is based on the outcome of the analyti-cal part and according to these findings is proposed the implementation of a new regional discount card. Finally, the project is presented from the economical and risk point of view. |
