dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce teoreticky shrnuje poznatky pro založení podniku služeb v Moravskoslezském kraji, konkrétně v Třinci. Zakládaný podnik se bude věnovat činnosti insolvenčního správce a poradenství v této oblasti. Na základě PEST analýzy a analýzy interního prostředí je možné podnik založit. Po průzkumu trhu v České republice a samotném Moravskoslezském kraji nachází podnik své uplatnění na trhu. Na základě zadaných předpokladů je vybrána právní forma podnikání, ke které je nahlíženo u zpracování celé projektové části. Projektová část nabízí konkrétní řešení založení společnosti. Na závěr projektu je umístěna analýza rizik, přínosů a také SWOT analýza.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis provides the reader with the theoretical findings/background concerning a service-oriented company located in Moravian-Silesian region - particularly in the city of Třinec. The company is in charge of liquidation and liquidator's consultancy. The company is established on the basis of the PEST analysis and the analysis of interior specifics and finally starts its primary activities after thorough investigation of Czech and particularly the Moravia-Silesia Market. On the basis of the generated assumptions the legal form of business is chosen, which afterwards becomes the informational fundament for the Project part of the thesis. This part provides the solution/detailed explanation of how the company is being established step by step. At the conclusion Risk Analysis, Benefit Analysis and SWOT Analysis are applied for further considerations.	en
