dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé diplomové práce je zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti společnosti Plastika, a.s. pomocí klasických a moderních měřítek finanční výkonnosti a dále návrh systému měření finanční výkonnosti do společnosti. V teoretické části práce je provedena rešerše literárních pramenů týkající se výkonnosti podniku. Praktická část hodnotí finanční výkonnost podniku pomocí klasických a moder-ních měřítek. Práci uzavírá návrh implementace nového systému měření výkonnosti.	cs

The theoretical part is focused on the theory of corporate performance. The practical part evaluates the financial performance by traditional and modern conception of financial performance. As a conclusion is an implementation of a new performance measurement.	en
