Cílem diplomové práce je vybrat nejvýhodnější variantu financování investičního záměru společnosti XY, s.r.o. prostřednictvím bankovních produktů Raiffeisenbank a.s. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kde v první jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky týkající se investic, zdrojů jejich financování, charakteristiky vybraných bankovních produktů a finanční analýzy. Druhá, praktická část, se zabývá představením společnosti XY, s.r.o. a podrobnou analýzou její finanční situace. Dále následuje charakteristika investičního záměru společnosti včetně možných variant financování. Závěr práce se zabývá vyhodnocením a doporučením nejvýhodnější varianty financování. |

The main goal of this thesis is to choose the most beneficial way of financing an investment plan of XY, s.r.o. by using bank products of Raiffeisenbank a.s. This dissertation is divided in two parts. The first one contains theoretical investment knowledge in general, sources of financing these investments, characteristics of chosen bank products, and financial analysis. The other, practical part, talks mostly of the company itself, and detailed analysis of its financial situation. This part is followed by an investment plan including possible financial resources. At the end of this work you will get to find out more about final evaluation and recommendation of the most beneficial way of financing. |
