Předmětem diplomové práce je hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičního projektu společnosti XY, s.r.o., ta se rozhodla realizovat investici do 5osého obráběcího CNC frézovacího centra. Společnost má na výběr tři investiční varianty tohoto typu stroje, které se vzájemně liší cenou, výkonností a náklady na provoz stroje. V teoretické části budou popsány metody pro hodnocení efektivnosti investic, teorie analýzy rizika a představení a popis simulace Monte Carlo. Popsané metody budou v praktické části aplikovány na investiční projekt společnosti XY, s.r.o Úkolem bude vybrat nejvýhodnější variantu, s přihlédnutím na možná rizika investice pomocí simulace Monte Carlo. Výstupem práce bude na základě použitých metod hodnocení zjistit, zda bude pro společnost výhodné investiční záměr realizovat a doporučit společnosti nejvýhodnější investiční variantu. |

The objective of this work is to evaluate the economic efficiency of the investment project of the company XY Ltd. The company decided to invest in a 5-axis machining CNC center. The company has a choice of three investment options for this type of machine, which vary in price, performance and cost of operation of the machine. The theoretical part describes methods for evaluating the effectiveness of investment and risk analysis, intro-duction and description of the Monte Carlo simulation. The described methods will be applied in the practical part of the investment project of the company XY Ltd. The task will be choose the best option, taking into account possible risks of investments using Monte Carlo simulation. The results of this work will be to determine whether the company suitable investment plan to implement and recommend the best investment option. |
