V teoretické části se zaměřím na rozbor účetních výkazů a jejich příloh, s nimi související účetní závěrku a využití těchto výkazů pro finanční analýzu. Rovněž se zmíním o controllingu jako metodě napomáhající řízení podniku.V praktické části nejdříve uvedu stručné údaje o společnosti, které se finanční analýza týká, a provedu výpočet jednotlivých ukazatelů a jejich zhodnocení. Poté upozorním na změny, které by mohla firma provést s ohledem na zjištěné skutečnosti. Na závěr popíšu, jak probíhá controlling ve společnosti PLOMA, a.s. |

In theory part, I am going to focus on the analysis of financial statements and their appendices, on the relating final accounts and exploitation of this statements for a financial analysis.
